Hello Lake County Voters. I'm Anne (Annie) Denny, and I've called this vibrant region home my entire life. Over the past 15 years, I've been dedicated to serving our community through my work at a local title company. This experience has endowed me with the precise expertise and insight necessary to excel as your next recorder.

Recognizing the paramount importance of maintaining immaculate records, I am deeply committed to ensuring accessibility for all. From the public to title examiners, realtors, attorneys, and historians, my goal is to provide seamless access to vital information while upholding the highest standards of accuracy and transparency.

My family—my husband Craig, our son Parker, and I—are proud residents of Mentor, Ohio, where we actively engage with and contribute to our community's growth and well-being.
I bring to the table a diverse educational background, having earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus in marketing and finance from the University of Dayton, and an associate degree in nursing from Lakeland Community College.
Professionally, I hold credentials as a licensed Title Officer, a trusted notary public, and a dedicated Registered Nurse. These qualifications, coupled with my unwavering commitment to integrity and service, uniquely position me to effectively represent the interests of our community as your recorder.
